These Terms & Conditions apply to the Korkiya platform and all of its services. Here "Korkiya" refers to the korkiya.com website and mobile application. "Member" refers to any registered user, "Services" refers to all online activities on Korkiya, including betting, casino, and lottery.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts. Korkiya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any changes will be notified via a notice posted on the site.

Account Registration & Identity Verification

A valid account is required to use Korkiya's services. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time and any associated balance may be forfeited.

Each individual may hold a maximum of one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
Keeping your account password confidential is your sole responsibility. Sharing your password is strictly prohibited.
If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify Korkiya Support immediately.
KYC verification is mandatory to change a registered mobile number or email address.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Only individuals aged 18 or above may create an account and use Korkiya's services. The platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

Withdrawals cannot be processed without age verification. Korkiya may request proof of age at any time, and accounts will be temporarily locked if the request is refused.

Odds recorded before a match begins are final. For live betting, Korkiya reserves the right to adjust odds at any time.
Korkiya reserves the right to void any bet where abnormal odds were displayed due to a technical error.
If a match is not completed or is cancelled, a refund will be issued in accordance with the applicable rules.

Financial Transactions & Payment Policy

All deposits and withdrawals at Korkiya must be made through your registered payment method. Payments from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Minimum deposit: ৳300 (mobile banking), ৳5,000 (bank transfer).
Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal.
Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
Korkiya does not charge any transaction fees; however, fees imposed by the payment provider may apply.
Accounts may be investigated and suspended in cases involving money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
